Overview

Art Floor is an art-museum-themed map focused on paintings and sculptures, available from the very first Floor onward. The hallways feature bright yellow walls lined with framed paintings, while sculptures are positioned at key intersections. The most prominent landmark is the giant statue of Dandy standing in the center of the map, visible from multiple corridors and useful as a navigation reference point.

Two distinct mini-sub-zones branch off from the main gallery space. The first is Scraps' Craft Class, a classroom area shared by Scraps and Goob where craft supplies and kid-friendly decorations fill the room. The second is Brusha's Art Gallery, a dedicated wing displaying Brusha's abstract artwork in a more refined setting. Both sub-zones serve as lore-interaction hotspots where specific Toons trigger dialogue.

Throughout the map, numerous paintings depict recognizable Toons. The most famous is the "Dandylisa," a parody of the Mona Lisa with Dandy's head replacing the original subject. Additional paintings feature Boxten, Barnaby, Astro, Pebble, Flutter, and other characters from the show. On some plaques and inside Brusha's Gallery, the descriptive text is a faded-out version of Lorem Ipsum placeholder text, a detail also found on Shelly's Floor, Astro's Floor, and the Greenhouse.

Layout and Key Areas

The Art Floor currently has only one variant. The map is structured around a central open area dominated by the Dandy statue, with corridors branching outward to different gallery wings. Machines are distributed across both the main hallways and the two sub-zones.

Scraps' Craft Class is located in a side room decorated with posters and craft materials. A poster of Scraps is displayed on the wall near the entrance. Brusha's Art Gallery occupies another wing and contains her abstract paintings arranged along the walls. Both rooms are somewhat enclosed, making them potential chokepoints during Twisted encounters.

Lore Interactions

The Art Floor contains secret interactions that expand on certain Toons' backstories, making it one of the richest lore floors in the game. Four Toons have unique dialogue triggers on this map.

Brusha's dialogue activates when she enters her own gallery, commenting on her artwork and her creative process. Tisha's dialogue triggers when she walks into Brusha's Gallery as well, revealing details about their relationship. In Scraps' Craft Class, both Scraps and Goob have independent dialogue lines — Scraps reacts to her classroom environment, while Goob shares his own perspective on the craft activities.

This floor belongs to a small group of maps that make Toons talk to themselves without player prompting. Vee's Floor was the first map to introduce this mechanic, followed by the Halloween Floor, the Seasonal Room, and the Gift Shop. The Art Floor is notable for being the first base-game Floor (non-holiday, non-seasonal) to prompt multiple Toons to speak, with the Seasonal Room being the first overall to feature multi-Toon dialogue. Among all floors, the Art Floor centers Brusha the most prominently, with Goob and Scraps serving as supporting characters in this setting.

Strategies

The Art Floor is a moderately open map that rewards players who use the central Dandy statue and gallery wings as navigation anchors. Because the statue is visible from many corridors, it works well as a meeting point when coordinating with teammates.

Machines inside Scraps' Craft Class and Brusha's Gallery are somewhat enclosed, which means Twisteds approaching from the single entry point can trap an extractor. Assign a lookout Toon with low Stealth near the doorway to draw incoming Twisteds away while a high-Extraction-Speed Toon works the Machine inside. If playing solo, save sprint Items or evasion Trinkets for these enclosed areas.

The main hallways offer more escape routes but less cover. When working exposed Machines in the open gallery sections, stay aware of Twisted patrol patterns and keep a wall or sculpture between you and any approaching threat. Toons with high Stealth are valuable for these riskier extractions. Overall, the Art Floor is considered a straightforward map, but the enclosed sub-zones can punish careless positioning, especially against aggressive Twisteds like Twisted Pebble or Twisted Scraps.

Trivia

Several notable details are found on the Art Floor.

  • The giant statue of Dandy in the center of the map can be seen with Ichor dripping off of his hand, hinting at deeper lore connections.
  • This map is one of the few maps that make Toons talk to themselves, alongside the Aquatic Floor, Vee's Floor, the Halloween Floor, the Seasonal Room, and the Gift Shop.
  • It is the first base-game Floor to prompt multiple Toons to speak, with the Seasonal Room being the first overall.
  • Most paintings on the Art Floor (including Brusha's abstract pieces) were drawn by Qwel, a developer on the team. The "Dandylisa" Mona Lisa parody was drawn by Ramblesnake, another artist in BlushCrunch.
  • On some of the plaques and inside Brusha's Gallery, the text is a faded-out version of Lorem Ipsum placeholder text. This same detail appears on Shelly's Floor, Astro's Floor, and the Greenhouse.
  • The Art Floor currently has only one variant, making it one of the floors with the fewest layout variations in the game.
  • A poster of Scraps can be found on the wall near the entrance to Scraps' Craft Class.

FAQ

What is on the Art Floor in Dandy's World?

The Art Floor is an art-museum-themed map with yellow walls, paintings of various Toons, sculptures, and a giant Dandy statue in the center with Ichor dripping from his hand. It has two sub-zones: Scraps' Craft Class (shared with Goob) and Brusha's Art Gallery. Notable paintings include the "Dandylisa" Mona Lisa parody and portraits of Boxten, Barnaby, Astro, Pebble, and Flutter.

Which Toons have dialogue on the Art Floor?

Four Toons have dialogue interactions on the Art Floor. Brusha speaks when entering her gallery, Tisha has dialogue when walking into Brusha's Gallery, and both Scraps and Goob have independent dialogue lines in Scraps' Craft Class. This makes the Art Floor the first base-game Floor to feature multiple Toons speaking.

How do you handle the enclosed rooms on the Art Floor?

Scraps' Craft Class and Brusha's Gallery both have limited entry points, which can make escape difficult if a Twisted approaches. Use a lookout Toon near the doorway to draw threats away, or save sprint Items and evasion Trinkets for Machines inside these rooms. High-Extraction-Speed Toons are ideal for quickly finishing enclosed Machines before Twisteds arrive.
