Upon use, Air Horn drastically decreases Stealth by 50 for 10 seconds and alerts nearby and specific Twisteds to your current location. Air Horn can be found on Floors as a random spawn or purchased from Dandy's Shop for 55 Tapes. With Dandy Plush the price drops to 33, with Frugal Card to 49, and with both to 28 Tapes. Using a Rare item rewards the player with 5 Tapes.
