Layout and Appearance

The Christmas Floor is visually styled as a festive workshop. A large Christmas tree stands at the center of the map, acting as a landmark that helps players orient themselves. Wrapped gifts are scattered throughout the rooms, stockings hang from the walls, and toy decorations fill every area, giving the Floor a distinctly holiday atmosphere.

The walls follow three color patterns: red walls with dark red spots, red walls with dark red snowflakes, and light green walls with dark green stripes. These alternating patterns help players distinguish between different sections of the map while navigating. Many rooms contain lockers, children's tables, and desks, which serve as obstacles that can block line of sight from Twisteds but also create tight corridors during chases.

The Floor plays "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" as its ambient music track, making it one of the few Floors in Dandy's World with a recognizable classical piece as background audio. The combination of festive decorations, colored walls, and ambient music gives the Christmas Floor a unique identity compared to standard Floors.

Seasonal Winter Room (Variant 2)

The Seasonal Room (Christmas), also referred to as the Seasonal Winter Room, serves as the second variant of the Christmas Floor. It shares many decorative elements with the original Christmas Floor but adds several distinct features: a lore room, a large central ice rink, a small diner area, a gift shop, and a Bobette meet-and-greet zone.

The ice rink at the center of this variant has a notable gameplay effect — the Iced Over Floor Event cannot activate on the Seasonal Winter Room because an ice rink is already present in the map. This is unique among all Floors and means players on this variant never have to deal with the slippery movement mechanics that Iced Over introduces.

According to the developer Qwel, the community loved the original Christmas Floor map so much that rather than replacing it with a reworked version, a second variant was created alongside it. The Seasonal Winter Room is the first-ever variant of an Event Floor in Dandy's World. It also holds the distinction of being the first Floor to feature a lore room where more than one Toon speaks, adding deeper narrative content to the Christmas Event.

The variant has two different names depending on context: it is called "Seasonal Room" in Roleplay Mode and "Seasonal Floor" by some developers.

Roleplay Mode — Iced Over Variant

The Christmas Floor is the first map in Dandy's World to have two occurrences or options in Roleplay Mode. Players can choose between the normal version of the Christmas Floor and a second Iced Over version. No other Floor type in the game currently offers two Roleplay Mode variants, making the Christmas Floor unique in this regard.

The Iced Over Roleplay variant applies ice-themed environmental effects to the standard Christmas Floor layout. This gives players who want a different experience on the same map an alternative option without needing to load an entirely different Floor.

Holiday Twisted Spawns

At least one Holiday Twisted is guaranteed to spawn whenever the Christmas Floor appears during the Christmas Event. The Christmas-themed Holiday Twisteds that can appear include Twisted Bobette, Twisted Coal, Twisted Ginger, and Twisted Rudie. Each of these Twisteds has unique attack patterns and behaviors tied to the Christmas theme.

Twisted Bobette receives a special guarantee: she is confirmed to appear every 20 Floors during the Christmas Event, ensuring players encounter her at regular intervals. This 20-Floor guarantee applies regardless of whether the Christmas Floor or the Seasonal Room (Christmas) spawns on a given 5th Floor interval.

Between the Christmas Floor and the Seasonal Room (Christmas), there is a 50% chance for either variant to appear on each 5th Floor during the event. Since Holiday Twisteds spawn on both variants, players will face Christmas Twisteds on every 5th Floor regardless of which map is selected by the game.

Survival Tips

The Christmas tree at the center of the map is the most reliable landmark for navigation. When disoriented, heading toward the tree helps players regroup and find Elevator spawns more efficiently. The colored wall patterns — red-spotted, red-snowflake, and green-striped — also serve as visual cues for identifying which section of the map you are in.

Rooms with lockers, desks, and children's tables create tight spaces that can work both for and against players. These obstacles break Twisted line of sight, making it possible to hide briefly, but they also slow movement during chases. In open areas near the Christmas tree, players have more room to dodge but less cover.

When facing Holiday Twisteds on this Floor, keep in mind that at least one is guaranteed to spawn. Coordinating with teammates to identify which Twisted has appeared early in the Floor helps the group prepare appropriate counter-strategies. Players using Bobette should be aware that Twisted Bobette has a guaranteed spawn every 20 Floors, so plan accordingly for those milestone rounds.
