Spring Fever Floor Event Guide
Spring Fever is a Floor Event in Dandy's World added in v0.17.1 during the 2026 Easter Event. When active, the floor is shrouded in purple fog, all Toons and Twisteds receive the Energized II buff (faster speed), Toons also receive the Tired II debuff (reduced Stamina regeneration), and Twisteds receive the Dazed II debuff (shorter attention span).

Description
When a Spring Fever is active, the floor will be shrouded in purple fog, decreasing visibility. Toons and Twisteds become faster, and a Twisted's attention span decreases. Like other Floor Events, Spring Fevers cannot occur before Floor 3. Upon passing Floor 3, the chance of a Spring Fever floor occurring starts at 5% and increases by 2% after every completed floor, capping at 30%. This Floor Event cannot occur outside of the Easter Event. The Air Freshener card lowers the chance increase per floor to 1.5% and decreases the max chance from 30% to 25%.
Strategies
Play as a fast Toon to avoid using too much Stamina, mitigating the impact of the Tired II debuff. It is recommended to use a Movement Speed Trinket that boosts walk speed. For example, a 4 Star Movement Speed Toon with Dog Plush will be enough to outwalk most Twisteds.
Minimize sprinting to maintain control, particularly for faster Toons. The 50% speed increase makes run speed incredibly fast, possibly too fast, risking losing a Heart by sprinting into Twisteds, walls, objects, or Machines. Only sprint if being chased or if there is a clear path to the Elevator during Panic Mode.
Equip the Star Pillow, Whispering Flower, or Peppermint Icing Trinkets to counteract the Tired II debuff and maintain Stamina. Star Pillow completely counteracts the -50% regeneration while extracting. Whispering Flower can nearly neutralize the debuff if you have three or four Items in inventory. Peppermint Icing grants 30 Stamina every time you use your Ability.

Spring Fevers have 3 exclusive Status Effects: Energized II, Tired II, and Dazed II — all at a potency of II. Spring Fevers are the second Floor Events to inflict Debuffs, the first being Ichor Leaks. Despite Twisted Blot being stationary, he is affected by the effects of Spring Fevers. Due to multipliers being compounding, any Movement Speed boost gained will be multiplied with the +50% Energized II (using Dog Plush will give a 15% increase rather than 10%, totaling to 65%). There is a small chance of Spring Fever and a Blackout happening at the same time if Twisted Brightney activates her ability during Spring Fever.
